and it goes a lil something like this:

We have arranged this process into four main steps/categories. You may skip challenges and practice them in any order, however we do recommend that you begin at the start and work your way through them as we have designed them in this order for a reason. However we do acknowledge that everybody's journey is different, so let your heart be your ultimate guide.

challenge #1 - ADVENTURE BOSS

1.1  acquire a holy curiosity

learn to stop. learn to meditate

“Prayer is when you talk to God; meditation is when you listen to God.” ― Diana Robinson

The first step of the Truth and Beauty Challenge is to STOP godammit, just stop. I know it can seem like such a waste of time, but of all the steps in this process, this is actually the most important and rewarding. Most of us rarely stop for long enough to ask ourselves or each other the most important questions. Most of us rarely stop for long enough to silence ours mind and just simply be (watching tv does not count - although your mind is being numbed, you are still distracted and not tuning into the great void within).

Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It’s a way of entering into the quiet that’s already there – buried under the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day.” ― Deepak Chopra

Meditation is all about the pursuit of nothingness. It’s like the ultimate rest. It’s better than the best sleep you’ve ever had. It’s a quieting of the mind. It sharpens everything, especially your appreciation of your surroundings. It keeps life fresh.” ― Hugh Jackman

Whatever it is that has kept you busy until now... those projects, tasks, goals, "responsibilities": put them on hold in any way you possibly can. Downsize or freeze them, do whatever it takes. Make the time to stop, step out of your head and drop into your heart space and breathe.

“If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.” ― Amit Ray

Allow yourself to simply melt into your beautiful heart: the organ of truth and divine wisdom, and be one with the love and stillness that is your truest essence. The mind is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master.

“The more man meditates upon good thoughts, the better will be his world and the world at large. “― Confucius

1.2   ask the big questions: investigate you

Study yourself. Study the nature of reality. Search for truth; Ask the right questions, look within for the answers.

“Questions are the keys that cause the secret doors of the psyche to swing open” - Women who run with wolves

“Through self-understanding, life’s objectives are not just defined, but graciously fulfilled” - Eleesha

'Figure out who you are separate from your family, and the man or woman you're in a relationship with. Find who you are in this world and what you need to feel good alone. I think that's the most important thing in life. Find a sense of self because with that, you can do anything else.' - Angelina Jolie

“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”  ― C.G. Jung

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” ― C.G. Jung

"Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever" – Mahatma Gandhi

“Self-education is, I firmly believe, the only kind of education there is.” ― Isaac Asimov

challenge #2 - LOVE BOSS

enter & heal your heart

liberate yourself through love, forgiveness and kindness. Heal the inner child.

Self love is the greatest revolution.

“To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance” – Oscar Wilde

“You have been criticizing yourself for years, and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.” – Louise L. Hay

“A healthy self-love means we have no compulsion to justify to ourselves or others why we take vacations, why we sleep late, why we buy new shoes, why we spoil ourselves from time to time. We feel comfortable doing things which add quality and beauty to life.” – Andrew Matthew

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs, ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”– Howard Washington Thurman

“When you adopt the viewpoint that there is nothing that exists that is not part of you, that there is no one who exists who is not part of you, that any judgment you make is self-judgment, that any criticism you level is self-criticism, you will wisely extend to yourself an unconditional love that will be the light of the world.” – Harry Palmer

challenge #3 - PLAY BOSS

become a master at play. live a fearless life

"life must be lived as play"  -  Plato

“This is the real secret of life -- to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it is play.” ― Alan W. Watts

“Men do not quit playing because they grow old; they grow old because they quit playing.” ― Oliver Wendell Holmes Sr.

To play is to lose yourself in the moment, to do something for no specific purpose. To do something just because it feels good. Because it is fun and satisfies ones curiosity. To play is to forget about time and be in the present moment.

Play is the key to the eternal now. It is how we learn, connect and heal.

"Play is the highest form of research"   - Einstein

"You can discover more about a person after an hour of play than you can after a year of conversation "   -  Plato

"Healing takes place in the frequency of joy, so if you want to heal something, go play"   -  Christie Sheldon

To do so one must first release fear. One must venture out of their comfort zone and unto the wilderness of the unknown. They must face their fears in order to realise there is nothing to fear but fear itself.

"the secret to existence is to have no fear" - buddha

challenge #4 - dream boss

become a Dream creator

Dream like a boss: align vibrationally with your deepest desires. LIve the dream.

"People are not lazy. They simply have impotent goals - that is, goals that do not inspire them."  -  Tony Robbins

Dive deep into your desires. Know that you are worthy of them. Know that they are already yours.

Achieve dream balance: be happy and content in the moment with what you have, whilst reaching for the stars.

Use your imagination like a boss: use your most powerful tool to create what you want in your life.

“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.” – Albert Einstein

“I am certain of nothing but the holiness of the Heart's affections and the truth of the Imagination.” – John Keats

“Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination.” – Oscar Wilde

"When you work simply for yourself or for your own personal gain your mind will seldom rise above the limitations of the undeveloped personal life; but when you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break bounds; your mind transcends limitations; your consciousness expands in every direction; and you find yourself in a new world, a great world, a wonderful world; dormant powers, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a larger man by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”   - Christian D. Larson
