Disclaimer:  please bare in mind that no two people's adventures are the same; we all have different directions, themes and processes, so take this process with a grain of salt and remember: always let your heart be your guide.

and it goes a lil something like this:

STOP + drop. have a holy curiosity; QUESTION EVERYTHING. LET GO OF FEAR. take responsibility. connect with your heart. heal through play. DREAM BIG. be the tribe.

step 1 - acquire a holy curiosity

(& never stop digging for truth + treasure)

stop AND drop: learn to meditate

So, the first step in the process is to STOP godammit, just stop.

I know it seems like such a simple and pointless thing to do, but hear me out...of all the steps down the rabbit hole, this is actually the simplest and yet hardest to do.... but it's the yet most rewarding.

Most of us rarely stop for long enough to ask the important questions until it's too late and something devastating has happened to us, e.g. we break our leg or are diagnosed with a serious illness.  Do you really want to wait for that to happen before you sit down and ask the most important questions? Whatever it is that has kept you busy until now... those projects, tasks, goals, "responsibilities": put them on hold in any way you possibly can. Downsize or freeze them, do whatever it takes. Even if its just for 10 minutes a day... take time out every day to just literally stop - and I'm not talking about laying on your couching watching TV aka instrument of mass deception. Although these are mind numbing yes, what I'm talking about is completely stopping the mind.

Learn to step out of your head and DROP down into your heart space and just be.

Melt into your beautiful organ of truth and divine wisdom.and be one with the divine love that is your essence.

Your mind is a wonderful and essential tool to have, but it is not the master. Look to your heart for guidance and check in every day, all throughout the day.

It's incredibly ironic: the most easy, effortless and simple thing to do, is also capable of truly changing the world: if everyone in the world began meditating every day, the world would completely transform.

About You + The Nature of Reality

Investigate you

examine your belief systems

“Meditation is listening to the Divine within.” ― Edgar Cayce

Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It’s a way of entering into the quiet that’s already there – buried under the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day.” ― Deepak Chopra

“If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.” ― Amit Ray

“The more man meditates upon good thoughts, the better will be his world and the world at large. “― Confucius

“If you want to find God, hang out in the space between your thoughts.” ― Alan Cohen

“Meditation is all about the pursuit of nothingness. It’s like the ultimate rest. It’s better than the best sleep you’ve ever had. It’s a quieting of the mind. It sharpens everything, especially your appreciation of your surroundings. It keeps life fresh.” ― Hugh Jackman

“Prayer is when you talk to God; meditation is when you listen to God.” ― Diana Robinson

step 2 - get into your heart

Discover the liberating and transformative power of forgiveness and kindness. Heal the inner child.

“To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance” – Oscar Wilde

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs, ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”– Howard Washington Thurman

“A healthy self-love means we have no compulsion to justify to ourselves or others why we take vacations, why we sleep late, why we buy new shoes, why we spoil ourselves from time to time. We feel comfortable doing things which add quality and beauty to life.” – Andrew Matthews

“When you adopt the viewpoint that there is nothing that exists that is not part of you, that there is no one who exists who is not part of you, that any judgment you make is self-judgment, that any criticism you level is self-criticism, you will wisely extend to yourself an unconditional love that will be the light of the world.” – Harry Palmer

step 3 - become a PlayBoss

To play is to lose yourself in the moment, to do something for no specific purpose other than it is fun and satisfies ones curiosity. To play is to forget about time and therefore be in the eternal blissful now.

Play is not only the key to the eternal present, it is also how we heal, learn and connect.

To do so one must release fear. They must learn to venture out of their comfort zone and liberate yourself by facing and feeling your fears and realise there was nothing to fear in the first place: the only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

complete truth + dare challenge

“Men do not quit playing because they grow old; they grow old because they quit playing.” ― Oliver Wendell Holmes Sr.

"Healing takes place in the frequency of joy, so if you want to heal something, go play"   -  Christie Sheldon

"Play is the highest form of research"   - Einstein

"You can discover more about a person after an hour of play than you can after a year of conversation "   Plato

“This is the real secret of life -- to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it is play.” ― Alan W. Watts

"life must be lived as play"  -  Plato

step 4 -  become a Dream creator

Dive deep into your desires. Create a dream to froth over + align to it vibrationally:

“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.” – Albert Einstein

"People are not lazy. They simply have impotent goals - that is, goals that do not inspire them."  -  Tony Robbins

"When you work simply for yourself or for your own personal gain your mind will seldom rise above the limitations of the undeveloped personal life; but when you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break bounds; your mind transcends limitations; your consciousness expands in every direction; and you find yourself in a new world, a great world, a wonderful world; dormant powers, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a larger man by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”   - Christian D. Larson
